摘要:目的对呼吸感染科护理工作中所存在的护理风险进行分析,并探讨相应的管理干预对策。方法结合我院呼吸感染科护理实践,分别分析护理服务对象和护理工作者自身的护理风险因素,并归纳总结相应的管理对策。结论当前存在于呼吸感染科护理工作实践中的护理风险因素主要分为服务对象护理风险和护理工作者自身护理风险两大类,可通过多种针对性管理对策对呼吸感染科护理风险进行综合管理,规避风险因素,降低护患双方在护理过程中的安全风险,保障呼吸感染科住院病例的就诊安全和护理服务人员的职业安全。

Abstract]Objective nursing risk existing in nursing work of respiratory infection in the analysis,and explore the management intervention courtyard department of respiratory bined with the method of nursing practice,nursing respectively analysis risk factors of nursing service object and care workers themselves,and summarizes the corresponding management currently exist in the respiratory infection nursing risk factors in nursing practice are mainly divided into the service object of nursing risk and its nursing care workers two risk categories,through a variety of specific management strategies for nursing respiratory infection risk integrated management,avoid risk factors,reduce both nurses and patients in the nursing process safety risk,guarantee respiratory infection hospitalized cases treatment safety and nursing service personnel occupation safety.
