摘要:目的:探讨食道癌切除术后化疗患者的护理措施,调查患者的满意度情况。方法:以我院2009年1月-至今收治的650例食管癌切除术后行化疗的患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各325例,对照组进行常规护理,实验组在对照组的基础上进行优质有效的护理干预。观察两组患者的病情恢复情况及护理满意度。结果:实验组患者的恢复情况及护理满意度均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论:优质有效的护理干预提高了患者对护理服务的满意程度,促进良好护患关系,且能增进病人健康,从而达到早日康复。

【Abstract】Objective:Discussion resection of esophageal cancer chemotherapy patient care measures,patient satisfaction survey the :In our hospital in January 2009 - Patients with esophageal resection line has treated 650 cases of chemotherapy as research subjects were randomly divided into two groups,each 325 cases,routine care control group,the experimental group in the control group carry out quality and effective nursing intervention observed recovery of the patient's condition and treatment :Recovery of patients in the experimental group and nursing satisfaction than the control group,a statistically significant difference between groups(P<).Conclusion:Quality and effective nursing intervention to improve patient satisfaction with care,and promote good nurse-patient relationship,and can enhance the health of patients,so as to achieve a speedy recovery.
