超支化聚酯酰***/聚氨酯水分散体制备及其成膜性能研究

摘要:将聚氨酯预聚体接枝到以季戊四醇为核,二羟***丙酸、二异丙醇***、六氢苯酐为单体的超支化聚酯- 酰
***上,得到了聚氨酯/超支化聚酯- 酰***( PU - HP)杂化水分散体。采用了 FT - IR、SEM 和化学滴定等方法对产物进
行了表征和分析。实验表明超支化聚氨酯水分散体的粒径约 50 nm,在水中有良好的分散性和稳定性;以氮丙啶作固
化剂可以制得耐水性较好的漆膜,同时具有良好的成膜性和物理性能;并确定了氮丙啶的最佳用量为 0 5%。

Abstract: The aqueous dispersion of polyurethane /hyperbranched poly( ester - am ide) has been synthe
sized by polyurethane p repolymer grafted to hyperbranched poly( ester - am ide) , which is based upon penta
as a core molecule and monomers of MPA, diisop ropanolam ine (D IPA ) and hexahy drophthalic anhydride
(HHPA). The structure of the p roduct were characterized by IR, SEM and chem ical titrimetry. It appeared
that the particle diameter of the aqueous dispersion was 50 nm, which shows good dispersion and stability in
