【摘要】目的探讨预充式导管冲洗器在孕产妇浅静脉留置针的封管效果。方法将2014 年9~12 月我科使用浅静脉留置针孕产妇120例随机等分为观察组60 例和对照组60 例,观察组使用预充式导管冲洗器封管,对照组使用肝素钠稀释液封管,分别对留置针留置期间堵管、导管内回血、液体外渗和静脉炎发生情况进行比较。结果两组留置针在堵管、导管内回血、液体外渗和静脉炎发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05),两种冲封管方法操作时间比较,预充式导管冲洗器平均节约时间51 秒。结论预充式导管冲洗器封管有效地解决了留置针封管污染及操作繁琐等问题且安全有效,减少护士工作量和强度,也减少发生针刺伤的机会,减少护理缺陷,保证护理安全。

【 abstract 】 objective to explore the prefi lled type catheter syringe in maternal intravenous indwelling needle tube sealingeffect. Methods 9 ~ 12, 2014 division I use shallow maternal venous indwelling needle 120cases randomly divided into observationgroup of 60 cases and the control group 60 cases, observation group used prefi lled type tube syringe tube, the control group usingsodium heparin dilution sealing tube, blocking pipe, during the course of a needle indwelling catheter respectively in h., liquidleakage and phlebitis is happening. Results two groups of indwelling eedle in blocking pipe, intraductal h., liquid leakage andphlebitis pared differences no statistical significance (P > 0. 05), two methods of blunt seal tube operation time, prefilled type catheter irrigator average time saving 51
seconds. Conclusion prefi lled type irrigator duct sealing pipe can effectively
solve the needle seal pollution plicated problems and is sa
