本次设计系统的介绍超声振动珩磨技术发展的概况。超声振动珩磨装置的总体设计;超声振动珩磨声学系统设计:超声波发生器和换能器的选用、变幅杆的设计计算、振动圆盘的设计计算、以及挠性杆和油石子系统的设计等;还包括关键机械机构的设计:电刷机构、分度进给机构、与夹具的配备形式---球头浮动连接等。并通过比较论证进一步阐述了超声振动珩磨技术的发展前景和应用范围。
