摘要:目的探讨激光光凝手术在各类眼底疾病治疗中的应用效果。方法此次研究的对象是选择我院在2012年2月~2014年4月共收治各类眼底疾病患者182例,将其临床资料进行回顾性分析,并按照随机数字表法分为实验组(91例)和对照组(91例),对照组给予药物治疗,实验组给予激光光凝手术进行治疗,对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果经过6个月随访,实验组的治疗有效率(%)与对照组(%)相比差异具有统计学意义(χ2=,P<)。同时两组均无显著严重并发症。结论激光光凝手术可有效提高各类眼底疾病的治疗效果,且并发症较少,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of laser photocoagulation in the treatment of ocular fundus diseases. Methods in this study,the object is to choose our hospital in February 2012 to April 2014 is various kinds of fundus diseases were treated 182 cases,their clinical data were retrospective analysis,and according to random number table method,divided into experimental group(91 cases)and control group(91 cases)and the control group was given drug treatment,the experimental group given laser photocoagulation parative analysis of the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results after 6 months of follow-up,the experimental group treated with efficiency(%)and control group(%)compared with statistically significant difference(x2 2=(P < ). At the same time,there were no plications in the two groups. Conclusion laser photocoagulation can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of various types of ocular fundus diseases,and has plications,which has important clinical value.
