【摘要】目的分析新生儿肺炎的临床护理措施和护理效果。方法以我院2013年8月至2015年8月间诊治的180例新生儿肺炎为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组患儿实施生命体征监测、环境护理、口头健康指导、用药观察等常规护理管理,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上进行病情观察、心理护理、吸痰护理、感染护理、雾化吸入、合理喂养等综合护理干预。对两组患儿的并发症发生率、发热消失时间、喘息消失时间、住院时间进行分析对比。结果观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<);观察组患儿的发热消失时间、喘息消失时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<)。、喘息消失时间以及住院时间。

[Abstract]Objective:to analyze the clinical nursing measures and nursing effect of neonatal pneumonia. Methods 180 cases of neonatal pneumonia in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Observation of patients in the control group implementation of the monitoring of vital signs,environmental care,oral health guidance,medication observation routine nursing management,groups of children in the control group on the basis of condition observation,mental nursing,ceiling sputum nursing,nursing infection,atomization inhalation,reasonable feeding prehensive nursing intervention. The incidence plications,fever disappeared time,wheezing disappearance time and hospitalization time pared between the two groups. Results the incidence plications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group
