【摘要】目的探讨新生儿肺透膜病的护理方法及效果。方法将我院新生儿科自2013年9月至2015年9月出生的100例肺透明膜病的新生儿分为观察组与对照组,每组50例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用预先制定的计划进行全面护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的死亡率显著低于对照组,呼吸机使用时间显著短于对照组,并发症显著少于对照组,家长的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<)。结论全面护理有利于减少新生儿肺透明膜病的并发症,降低死亡率,提高家长的护理满意度。

[Abstract]Objective:To investigate the nursing methods and effects of pulmonary membrane disease in newborn infants. Methods neonatal department of our hospital from September 2013 to 2015 September born 100 cases of hyaline membrane disease of newborn divided into the observation group and control group,50 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing care,observation group using pre established plans to conduct prehensive pared with two groups of care effect. Results the mortality rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the time of breathing machine was significantly shorter than the control group,plications were significantly less than that of the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the parents was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<). prehensive nursing is beneficial to reduce plications of neonatal pulmonary membrane disease,reduce the mortality and improve the nursing satisfaction of the parents.
