【摘要】目的:分析与探讨无痛病房管理模式在骨科疼痛护理中的应用。方法:以我院在2013年5月~2014年6月收治的220例患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组设置病例110例,对观察组与对照组在手术结束后的疼痛缓解度、疼痛控制评分以及护理满意度进行进行观察、分析与比较。结果:相对于对照组而言,观察组在疼痛缓解率、疼痛控制评分、护理满意度上都具有明显优势,P<,差异具有统计学意义。结论:采用无痛病房管理模式,能够有效减轻患者的疼痛,对于患者的预后具有重要作用,应继续开展实践,广泛推广。

【Abstract】Objective Analysis and Discussion ward painless pain management during orthopedic nursing. Methods In our hospital in May 2013 ~ June 2014 were treated 220 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each set of cases, 110 cases of the observation group and the control group pain after surgery ease, pain control and care satisfaction scores were observed, analyzed pared. Result relative to the control group, the observation group in pain relief, pain control scores, have a clear advantage on nursing satisfaction, P <, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion painless ward management, can effectively reduce the patient's pain, the prognosis of patients has an important role and should continue to carry out the practice, widely promoted.
