【摘要】目的:分析早期康复护理对脑血管疾病偏瘫患者的影响。方法:选取2014年2月~2016年2月我院收治的75例接受早期康复护理的脑血管疾病偏瘫患者做为研究组。另外选取同时期我院收治的72例未接受早期康复护理的脑血管疾病偏瘫患者做为对照组。对比两组MBI、FAM评分。结果:研究组患者接受护理后MBI、FAM评分明显高于对照组(P<)。结论:脑血管疾病偏瘫采用早期康复护理,能够显著提高患者机体及生活能力,最大程度改善患者预后。

【Abstract】:objective:to analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral vascular :February 2014 ~2016 years February hospital hospitalized 75 patients received early rehabilitation nursing of hemiplegia patients with cerebral vascular disease research period of 72 cases admitted to hospital have not received early rehabilitation nursing of hemiplegia patients with cerebral vascular disease as a control pared two groups of MBI,FAM :the study group patients received care after MBI,FAM score significantly higher than the control group(P&lt;).Conclusion:early rehabilitation nursing in hemiplegic patients with cerebral vascular disease,can significantly improve the ability of patients and,most improve the patient's prognosis.
