摘要:目的探讨曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌病伴子宫内膜息肉临床疗效。方法回顾分析2011年1月-2014年1月本院门诊收治的子宫腺肌病伴子宫内膜息肉90例,随机分为两组,观察组45例曼月乐治疗,对照组45例口服妈富隆及中成药。比较两组痛经,月经情况,子宫大小及子宫内膜息肉复发情况。结果观察组月经改善,痛经减轻程度,子宫缩小程度明显高于对照组(P<),子宫内膜息肉复发率低于对照组但无显著差异(P>)。结论曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌病伴子宫内膜息肉有较好疗效。

【Abstract】Objective To explore the curative effect of Mirena Intrauterine Device in the treatment of adenomyomsis with endometrial We reviewed and analyzed the 90 cases of adenomyomsis with endometrial polyp that received from January of 2011 to January of 90 cases were divided into 2 groups,45cased for the Mirena Intrauterine Device group and 45 for marvelon and the Proprietary Chinese medicine group,hereinafter referred to as the observation group and the contrast the dysmenorrhea,menstruation,size of uteruses and recurrence of endometrial polyp of each :The menstruation,reduction of pain and the degree of reduction of the uterus of the observation group are much better than the contrast group(P<);Endometrial polyp recurrence rate of the observation group is lower than that of the control group,but no significant difference.(P>)Conclusion:Mirena Intrauterine Device is quite effective for adenomyomsis with endometrial polyp.
