【摘要】目的:探讨硫糖铝混悬凝胶联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗幽门螺杆菌阴性胃溃疡的疗效。方法:选取符合标准74例幽门螺杆菌阴性胃溃疡患者随机分为两组,对照组每日口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊每次20mg 每日2次,治疗组在上述基础上加用硫糖铝混悬凝胶每次5ml 每日3次,治疗4周后观察两组患者胃镜下胃溃疡恢复情况,了解两组治疗方法有无统计学差异。结果:研究结果显示,治疗组中有效率为 %, %,两组比较有统计学差异(P<),硫糖铝混悬凝胶有利于幽门螺杆菌阴性胃溃疡的恢复。结论:硫糖铝混悬凝胶治疗幽门螺杆菌阴性胃溃疡疗效确切,值得临床推广。
