【中文摘要】集装箱运输作为对世界货物运输的一场革命,适应了全球经济一体化对运输发展的要求。集装箱港口作为连接集装箱海向腹地和陆向腹地的重要节点,在整个集装箱运输体系中有着非常重要的地位。随着经济的持续发展,到港船只的持续增多,导致一些集装箱码头由于资源配置问题出现在港船只滞留的现象。如果集装箱码头资源配置满足不了到港船只周转时间短的要求,就会损害到船方利益,这就会影响到集装箱码头吸引力,势必影响集装箱码头吞吐量和区域经济发展;如果集装箱码头资源配置远大于到港船只服务的需求量,那么闲置的资源势必会加大集装箱码头运行成本。只有对集装箱码头配置合适数量的资源,才能达到港方与船方双方共赢。在阅读大量文献研究的同时,本文对集装箱码头资源配置的相关理论和相关案例进行了深入研究和分析,先介绍了集装箱码头及其相关子系统的结构,并对相关子系统关系进行了分析:接着采用系统动力学的方法对问题进行模拟优化,对集装箱码头系统和来船情况进行模拟,并根据结果对集装箱码头配置情况进行优化。本文把集装箱码头子系统作为描述系统的基本单元,用因果关系法描述系统要素之间的关系,用流图描述系统要素性质和系统结构,用差分方程对系统进行定量描述。整个分析过程从定性、半定量、定量进行分析,并通过Vensim软件进行模拟。最后以营口港为实例,对模型进行了检验并对营口港模拟结果进行分析研究,得到了相关结果并提出一定建议。
