【摘要】目的:探讨分析采用葡萄糖酸锌联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法:将本院2013 年8 月~ 2014 年8 月收治的小儿腹泻患儿104 例随机分为实验组和对照组两组(52),实验组患儿采用葡糖糖酸锌联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗,对照组患儿采用蒙脱石散联合阿莫西林颗粒治疗,观察两组患儿治疗效果及不良反应发生率,随访调查患儿复发情况。结果:实验组有效率明显高于对照组有效率(P< ),通过追踪调查5 个月后发现,%,%,实验组复发率明显低于对照组复发率(P < )。结论:采用葡糖糖酸锌口服液联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿腹泻具有显著效果,不仅改善了患儿大便情况、降低了不良反应,同时还降低患儿腹泻疾病的复发率,值得临床推广使用。
