【摘要】目的:探讨金标法(DIG)在患者术前HIV抗体检测中的应用价值。方法:以实验室确认结果作金标准,比较和观察金标法(DIG)、颗粒凝集法(PA)对于500例患者术前HIV抗体的检测的敏感度、特异度和准确度。结果:DIG检测HIV抗体的敏感度、特异度和准确度均高于PA。结论:采用DIG检测HIV抗体的准确度、特异度和敏感度均较高,适用于术前对艾滋病患者进行快速、正确筛查,并为手术工作人员在术前作好预防措施提供参考,值得临床应用。

【Abstract】Objective To study the application of gold standard method (DIG) in the detection of HIV antibody before To laboratory confirmed the results as the gold standard, comparison and observation gold standard method (DIG), particle agglutination (PA) for 500 cases of patients with preoperative HIV antibody detection sensitivity, specificity and accuracy. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of DIG detection by HIV were higher than those of PA. Conclusion Using dig HIV antibody detection accuracy, specificity and sensitivity were higher for preoperative of AIDS patients for screening quickly and correctly, and for the operation staff in preoperative prepare preventive measures provide a reference, it is worthy of clinical application.
