【中文摘要】实践证明,一个成功的农业会展在促进农业经济繁荣和城乡的经济和社会发展上效果十分显著,能够成为举办地经济的助推器。但与发达国家或地区的农业会展相比,我国农业会展起步晚,理论研究和实践经验还明显不足,农业会展的办展水平还不高,功能发挥十分有限。因此,如何办好农业会展,充分发挥农业会展的功效,是一个值得深入研究的问题。本文在阐述国内外会展研究文献和农业会展相关理论的基础上,分析福建农业会展的发展情况,认为其主要存在场馆利用率低、组织模式滞后、缺少专业的会展人才、展后工作不到位、城市基础设施有待完善等问题。接着,以福建农业会展品牌之一漳州海峡两岸花卉博览会为例,分析农业会展其对漳州城乡发展的影响,认为具有农业、港口、对台三大区域优势、完善的展馆设施、雄厚的产业基础、专业的会展操作、重视宣传造势、办展形式丰富是花博会成功的原因,在此基础提出农业会展可持续发展的策略:树立品牌理念、有效整合相关资源、提供优质的服务,满足顾客需求、不断创新,进行品牌化经营;通过市场化运作,实现以会养会;建立先进的组织模式。最后,对福建农业会展的未来发展提出了几点建议:(1)加强政府的引导和服务功能;(2)发挥会展行业协会的协调管理作用;(3)建立先进的展馆管理体制;(4)建立科学合理的展会评估体系;(5)处理好竞争和合作关系。
