【摘要】目的探讨用中西医结合疗法治疗川崎病的临床效果。方法选取2010年12月至2015年12月在我院治疗的川崎病患儿102例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各51例。对照组采用常规西医疗法,治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上结合中医治疗,治疗结束后,比较两组患儿临床症状改善情况和治疗的效果。结果治疗组退热时间、淋巴结缩小时间、皮疹消退时间、血小板降低时间短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<),%,%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论用中西医结合疗法治疗川崎病的效果显著。此疗法可作为临床上治疗川崎病的优选方法。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect bined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of Kawasaki's disease. Methods from December 2010 to December 2015 in our hospital treatment of 102 cases of Kawasaki's disease,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 51 cases. The control group was treated with routine western medicine therapy,the treatment group bined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,after the end of treatment,the clinical symptoms of two groups pared and the effect of treatment. Results in the treatment group,fever time,lymph node reduced time,rash subsided time,platelet reduction time is shorter than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P &lt; ),treatment group total effective rate was %.
