【摘要】目的:探讨奥美拉唑联合硫糖铝治疗急性出血性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将2013年5月至2016年1月于我院确诊为急性出血性胃炎的120例患者纳入研究并随机分组,对照组60例患者采用奥美拉唑口服治疗,观察组60例患者则联合硫糖铝治疗。比较两组平均住院时间情况及临床疗效差异,比较两组复发率及不良反应情况。结果:观察组患者住院时间更短,且总有效率更高,差异显著,P<;两组患者治疗过程观察组复发率明显低于对照组,差异显著,P<;%,%,组间比较无显著差异,P>。结论:奥美拉唑联合硫糖铝治疗急性出血性胃炎疗效显著,可提高临床疗效,缩短病程并降低复发率,且安全可靠,值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of bined with sucralfate in the treatment of acute hemorrhagic :from May 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into the study and diagnosis of 120 cases of acute hemorrhagic gastritis patients,60 patients in the control group received omeprazole oral treatment,60 patients in the observation group bined with parison of two groups of average hospitalization time and clinical efficacy differences,recurrence rate and adverse reaction pared between the two :in the observation group were shorter hospitalization time,and the total efficiency is higher,the difference was significant,P< ;two groups of patients of the observation plex The incidence was significantly lower than the control group
