摘要
本文对超临界锅炉内螺纹管垂直管屏水冷壁以及螺旋管圈水冷壁编制了水动力特性的各种计算程序,对两种类型的锅炉水冷壁在不同热负荷、热偏差、入口欠焓以及不同质量流速等条件下的水动力特性进行了对比分析,结果验证了垂直管屏水冷壁在高质量流速下的强制流动特性,在低质量流速下的自然循环补偿特性,还有以上各种参量对于他们的具体影响,而螺旋管圈水冷壁则由于它的特殊结构型式,导致它在全负荷范围内都保持相对较大的摩阻压降,水动力特性不是很理想。此外,本文还对热负荷、质量流速以及入口欠焓等三个因素对水动力多值性的具体影响做出了一定的分析。

ABSTRACT
In this paper, a series of calculative program piled about the hydrodynamic characteristics of the vertical rifled tube platen water cooled wall and spiral circle tube water cooled wall in the ultra-supercritical boiler. The flow characteristics of this two boiler’s water cooled wall in the condition of different heat loads, heat deviation, insufficient enthalpy of the entrance and mass flow rates are analyzed and studied contradistinctive. The result validates that the vertical tube platen water cooled wall has force flow characteristic in the condition of high mass flow rates and has natural circle characteristic in the condition of low mass flow rates and the specific impact of all of the above parameters to them, whereas the spiral tube circle Tube water cooled wall , because of its special structure , it will keep a higher friction pressure drop
in all the load area, and the hydrodynamic characteristics of it is not so good. Besides, This article has also done some meticulous analysis about the influence that the heat load, mass flow rate and insufficient enthalpy of the entrance had done to the hydrodynamic different value characteristic.
