2 JOB DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS
Job Summary
To provide an efficient Reception service to all guests, offering information and giving particular attention to all guest special requirements. Ensuring all check-ins and check-outs run smoothly and that all cashiering transactions are processed promptly and correctly both during the day and night. Also, offering a more personalized service with the same concepts mentioned earlier but on an Executive level.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
§ Adhere to all Resort rules and regulations as per service standard policies and procedures, and follow munications briefed by the Team Leader.
§ Attend to duty timely and wearing the correct uniform, name badge and well groomed.
