摘要:古往今来,艺术家的“癫狂”与其艺术创作都被认为有着不可分割的关系。不管是石鲁、徐渭还是梵·高等杰出艺术家,在他们的人生经历中都有一段精神状态十分不稳定的时期,而在这个时期又恰恰是其艺术创作的高峰期。这正是因为他们陷入了“癫狂”状态,使内心深处最本真的情感以及无穷的想象力得以表现出来。本文从对“癫狂”与“艺术创作”的解读,并通过一些经典的例子来对癫狂对艺术创作的影响这一论题进行探讨。

引言
艺术是一种情感表达方式,一个成功的艺术作品必定是充满感情的,而一件杰出的震撼世界的艺术作品里面所蕴含的的感情也许不是普通浅层的情感能够相较的,那种情感往往是创作者达到了一种癫狂状态才能爆发出来。西方有句名言:“天才类似癫狂”,中国也有类似的说法:“诗人都是疯子”。这两者意思都是指艺术家的心理、言辞、行为不同于常人,比较怪异。癫狂本来是指由精神病所引起的言语或行为异常,但文艺学家在谈论艺术家的时候,常常把艺术家与癫狂联系起来。最早将艺术家与癫狂联系起来的是古希腊的柏拉图。他说:“诗人是一种轻飘的长着羽翼的神明的东西,不得到灵感,不失去平常理智而陷入迷狂,就没有能力创作,就不能作诗或代神说话。若是没有这种诗神的迷狂,无论谁去敲诗歌的门,他和他的作品都永远站在诗歌的门外,尽管他自己妄想单凭诗的艺术就可以成为一个诗人。”[1]而著名心理学家佛
