Abstract: In order to establish a low-cost and high-benefit industrial aquaculture model for American shad, industrial aquaculture experiment was carried out in 2010 to 2013, at the same time, the of things technology was attempt to applicated in the aquaculture. During the two years, 11,084 kg fish was produced, the annual yields were kg/m2, unit output value and benefit were and yuan per square meters respectively.

美洲鲥(Alosa sapidima)与长江鲥(Macrura reevesii)在分类地位上相近,属鲱形目,鲱科,其天然种群主要分布于北美东部沿海水域,系广温洄游性鱼类。该鱼肉细脂厚,味道鲜美,营养丰富,为集约化养殖的优良品种。美国鲥与长江鲥在外形、口味上差别极小,营养价值也相似。
2003年以来,我国在美洲鲥养殖方面,其面积和数量逐年上升,形成了养殖美洲鲥的热潮。为建立低能耗、高效益的工厂化养殖模式,2010年6月开始在泰州市长江名贵鱼类产学研中心开展了温室工厂化养殖美洲鲥试验,同时进行了物联网技术在工厂化养殖美洲鲥生产中的应用探索。至2013年7月,生产商品美洲鲥11084kg,。具体试验情况总结如下:
