【摘要】目的:研究分析宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床观察。方法:选择在2012 年4 月到2014 年4 月期间入住我院接受治疗的252例子宫内膜息肉患者作为临床研究对象,按患者是否有生育要求分为两组,每组126 例,,对对照组没有相关生育要求的患者实施内膜切除术进行子宫内膜息肉的治疗; 对研究组患者在宫腔镜的观察下实施手术治疗。结果:研究组患者的治疗有效率(%)明显高于对照组患者(%),差异存在统计学上的意义(P<); 研究组患者的手术时间及出血量明显低于对照组,组间差异明显,存在统计学上的意义(P<)。
结论:宫腔镜电切术对于子宫内膜息肉的临床治疗效果较好,改善患者的相关症状,具有一定的临床价值。
