摘要:随着城市化程度的加深,城市对于人类社会的正负两方面的效应也相应增大:一方面创造更高的经济发展水平,给人们提供更先进的物质和精神的享受,另一方面,城市的畸形发展,导致环境污染、交通阻塞、居住条件恶化、治安问题严重、失业人口增加等等。人们对城市建设的指导思想也发生了变化,开始以人的生活舒适和感受的美好为追求的目标,实现生活质量的提高和精神需要的提升。现代主义城市规划理论起源于霍华德的“田园城市”,其后出现了“有机疏散理论”柯布西埃的“现代城市”及“带状城市”,对今天的城市规划有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:
Along with the deepening of urbanization, the cities of the human society both positive and negative effects of the cities are increasing correspondingly: On one hand cities have been creating a higher level of economy, providing more advanced material and spiritual stuff for people, on the other hand, lopsided development of the city has been leading to environmental pollution, traffic congestion, deteriorating living conditions, law and order problem, the unemployed population, and so on. At the same time, the guiding ideology of urban planning has been also changed, making fort of life and the nice recept the pursuit of the objective to improve both the quality of life and the increasing spiritual needs. Modern urban planning theory originated in Howard's "Garden City". Afterwards there appeared " anic theory " ,
Le Corbusier’s “modern city" and "zonal city," .The theories can be used for reference in today’s urban planning.
