Chapter 1 General
Article 1. According to “the People’s Republic of China Foreign Enterprise Law” and relevant laws, decrees and regulations, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as pany), be applied to be set up in full investment in , China, formulate the Articles of Association.

Article 4 pany is a limited pany, the investors of pany’s responsibility to pay the registered capital.
Article 5 pany is a legal person in China, subject to the jurisdiction and protection of Chinese Law. All activities ply with the laws, descrees and relevant regulations of the Chinese government.
Chapter 2 Purpose and Scope of Business
Article 6 Aim of pany: to introduce advanced technology and scientific management methods to promote the development of the Special Economic Zone of Xiamen, and to create a satisfactory economic benefits for pany.
Article 7 Business scope of pany: the development, design, production, mechanical processing, automation design and system integration and maintenance of new motor and related electronic control devices, and provide technical advice and service.
Article 8 Production scale: annual output of RMB system integration of RMB
Article 9 50% of pany’s products will be exported. pany sells its products on its own, and is responsible for the quality of the products produced by itself.
Chapter 3 Total Investment and Registered Capital

Article 12 Performance of the investment period of pany:
The first phase of 40% of the registered capital be issued within three months after the business license issued, the total registered capital be issued within two years after pletion of the investment.
