摘要目的观察咳嗽颗粒治疗小儿百日咳综合证的临床疗效。方法将100例百日咳综合征患儿随机分成两组,两组均给予红霉素静滴,治疗组在此基础上给予中药咳嗽颗粒,对照组口服肺力咳合剂,观察两组总有效率、住院天数及胸片变化。%%,差异有统计学意义,P<。治疗组的治疗时间明显短于对照组,胸片恢复时间快于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<。结论咳嗽颗粒治疗小儿百日咳综合征,可有效缓解小儿痉咳,缩短住院天数,利于肺部恢复,大大提高临床疗效,减轻了患儿的痛苦。
