但是网络招聘毕竟还是一个新生事物,无论是作为载体的网络,还是网络招聘自身都存在着许许多多的问题,又因为网络技术限制与网络管理制度的不完善使得这些问题凸现出来,本文正是通过对网络招聘优势与实现渠道的介绍,网络招聘的现状与问题的分析来寻求网络招聘所存在的问题的解决方法,使网络招聘能够更加完善,更加易于操作。
