摘要:目的:研究分析尼莫地平治疗高血压合并腔隙性脑梗塞的临床意义。方法:此次研究的对象是选择我院72例高血压合并腔隙性脑梗塞患者,将其临床资料进行回顾性分析,并随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组在应用胞二磷胆碱的基础上,加用尼莫地平,对照组单独应用胞二磷胆碱,对两组间的临床资料进行评估。结果:治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,且在改善神经功能及脑血流速度上存在优势。结论:尼莫地平不仅能有效地治疗高血压合并腔隙性脑梗塞病,而且能够改善患者神经功能及患侧脑血流速度。

[Abstract]Objective:To study the clinical significance of nimodipine in the treatment of hypertensive patients with lacunar cerebral :the research object is selected in our hospital 72 cases of hypertensive patients with lacunar cerebral infarction patients,the retrospective analysis of the clinical data,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group on the basis of the application of cytoplasmic two choline,plus nimodipine,control group used single cell two p choline,to evaluate the clinical data between the two :the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was an advantage in improving the neurological function and cerebral blood flow :nimodipine can effectively treat hypertension with cerebral lacunar infarction disease,but also improve the function and cerebral blood flow velocity in patients with nerve.
