【摘要】目的探讨和研究头孢噻肟钠(凯福隆)治疗儿童细菌性脑膜炎的临床疗效。方法摘取我院近年来收治的124例细菌性脑膜炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机分组的原则将之分为观察组和对照组各62例,其中观察组在积极常规治疗基础上用头孢噻肟钠进行治疗,对照组则在积极常规治疗基础上采用头孢曲松进行治疗,治疗结束后统计并对比两组患者的治疗结果。结果两组患儿的治疗总有效率均为100%,%(58/62),%(44/62),观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<)。两组患儿均无明显不良反应发生,在不良反应发生率方面无明显差异,不具有统计学意义(P>)。结论头孢噻肟钠治疗儿童细菌性脑膜炎的疗效显著,且安全性较高,值得在临床上加以推广和应用。
