【摘要】目的研究川芎喷鼻剂对实验动物脑血管方面的药理效应作用。方法观察川芎喷鼻剂对家兔PT(凝血酶原时间)、APTT(部分凝血活酶时间)的影响;对大鼠微循环的影响;采用大鼠MCAO模型观察对大鼠脑内梗死面积的影响。结果川芎喷鼻剂可显著的延长血液的PT和APTT;可显著抑制大鼠肾上腺素引起的微动脉管径缩小,可显著减少大鼠脑梗死面积。结论川芎喷鼻剂具有抗凝、改善微循环和抗脑缺血作用。

The pharmacodynamics effect of Ligusticum Chuanxiong nasal spray
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the protective effect of Ligusticum Chuanxiong nasal spray on experimental cerebral ischemia and its mechanism. Method Ligusticum Chuanxiong nasal spray was given to animals nasally, and the pharmacologic effects were observed on three animal models, which involved rabbit blood coagulation, reserpine produced low-5-HT mice migraine model and cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rat. Resμlts Ligusticum Chuanxiong nasal spray could significantly prolong the prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), increased the diameters of microarteriole treated with adrenaline, and also decreased the area of cerebral Ligusticum Chuanxiong nasal spray has the effect on blood coagulation, microcirculation and cerebral ischemia.

川芎为伞形科植物川芎Ligusticum Chuanxiong干燥根茎。别名芎穷,具有活血祛瘀;行气开郁的功效[1]。已被现代临床实验和药理实验研究所证实具有广泛的药理活性。现代药理研究证实,川芎、川芎嗪、川芎生物碱等能够提高血小板中cAMP含量,对血栓烷的活性和生物合成有抑制作用,
