受国际金融危机快速蔓延和世界经济增长明显减速的影响,加上我国经济生活中尚未解决的深层次矛盾和问题,目前我国经济运行中的困难增加,各个行业经营压力加大,企业经营困难增多,金融领域潜在风险逐步增大。同时,国际货运代理企业也面临着重大的困难和挑战。作为外向型经济的货运代理企业可能要面对外国投入资金不断减少或者退出,面对国外市场需求量减少,面对资金减少、缺乏订单而破产等问题。
因此,本文讨论国际货运代理企业在金融危机形势下转型的可能方向——第三方物流企业,也许可在金融危机的冲击下重塑国际货运代理企业的服务内容,重新整合有效资源、利用社会闲置资源,优化成本,创造新的利润,为国际货运代理企业解决经营管理上的一些难题,开创我国货运代理企业新的一页。本文分别分析国际货运代理企业发展、现状、存在的问题及第三方物流企业的概念、特点、经营范围等的联系和不同点,转型原因和转型方向途径。最后引用中国铁路物资公司(即铁路货运企业)和上海XX国际货运代理有限公司向第三方发展的例子来说明转型的成功,引出货运代理企业向第三方物流的发展的可行性的结论。

Abstract
By the rapid spread of the international financial crisis and the slowdown in world economic growth, the difficulties of economy in our country or our enterprises is increasing at present. At the same time, the international freight pany is also facing significant difficulties and challenges. Export-oriented economy as the freight panies may either have to confront the decline in foreign investment or to withdraw from finacing, or the reduced demand for foreign markets, reduced funding, lack of orders and bankruptcy issues.
Therefore, this research discusses that the possible of the international freight panies may be turned around to the third party logistics (3PL). Perhaps the international freight forwarding enterprises can reshape their services, re-integrate the resources and effectively use of idle resources in munity, and optimize costs, create new profits in the financial crisis. There are still some problems both in the anization and the management, which should be solved to create a freight forwarding business in China a new page. In this paper, I will write and analyse the international freight forwarding enterprise development, current status, problems and the concept of third-party logistics enterprise, characteristics, scope of business ties and differences, the direction of transition and the reasons of transition.
