【摘要】通过提高临床医学检验质量控制(简称“质控”。),可提高对患者病情诊断的准确性。从理论上来讲,医学检验质控有两个外延:一是室间质量控制和室内质量控制,二是检验精密度和准确度。通过提高检验结果准确度,能够减少患者的误诊率,因此,提高检验质量和精确度,是提高医务人员诊疗水平的关键。我国大中型医院的实验室,在质控方面,正朝向制度化、规范化、系统化发展,建立了明确而有序的初期质控、中期质控、晚期质控等质控措施。其中包括:加强与临床医护人员合作关系,规范化检验申请单、患者准备、标本的采集与标本运送等操作程序以及各种影响标本采集、运送的因素和解决方法;定期检修仪器,严格试剂来源,提高检验人员的工作态度;加强检验后的审核及规范性报告等。经过广大医学检验工作者和管理者,以及医护人员的努力,临床医学检验质控已取得了相应的成绩,也愈来愈受到人们的关注。
