要: 论述房地产信息管理系统创建过程。对旧的房产管理模式向新的房地产信息管理平台转换过程出现的问
题进行分析研究, 提出解决方法。介绍房地产信息管理系统的结构和功能以及该系统运行的可靠性与实用性。

Abstract: This paper discussed the construction pr ocess of real estate information management system. An
aly tical studies abo ut the pr oblem sin conversio n process fro m old real estate m anagement m odel to new in
form ation management platform is car ried out and solutions to the pro blems are pro po sed. The function
and structure o f r eal estate info rmation management system and its realiability and practice are intro duced.
