随着我国人口老龄化这一不可避免的人口现象的到来,对于人口
老龄化与社会经济发展之间的关系的研究己迫在眉睫。因为要全面实
施《中国2 1世纪议程》,实现科学的发展观,就必须以良好的人口环
境为基础。这就要求我们对人口年龄结构变化中的突出问题一人口老
龄化问题作出系统性研究,既要正确认识中国人口老龄化的形成原因、
基本特征、发展趋势以及可能产生的社会经济后果,更要弄清人口老龄
化对社会经济运行及可持续发展的影响。惟此,才能提高决策的科学性
和可行性,解决好人口老龄化问题,为实施可持续发展战略创造有利的
人口环境。
本文共分四大部分:
第一部分,通过对人口老龄化的科学内涵的界定,明确我国人口
老龄化的成因,从战略的高度阐述人口老龄化与可持续发展的关系。
第二部分,从全球与我国两个角度来评析人口老龄化的演进过程。
第三部分,重点阐述我国人口老龄化的特征及其对经济、社会、
文化和家庭等各方面的影响。
第四部分,借鉴近邻日本的成功经验,解决自身不足,提出解决
人口老龄化问题的对策措施。
