近来，因为课程的要求读了埃莉诺·奥斯特罗姆所著的?公共事务治理之道——集体行动制度的演进?。尽管在刚接触此书时，觉得它晦涩难懂，但通过三节课的讲解，我也算对这本书有了些许了解。?公共事务的治理之道?在政府与市场之外创新提出了治理公共事物的第三条道路，即自主组织治理。本文将从本书的理论内容与方法论两方面展开，进而结合我国实际，谈谈一些个人的学习心得。
一、作者介绍

二、内容概述
