摘要
任何公司的采购环节在公司总成本中都扮演着十分重要的角色,它在公司物流中起着十分重要的纽带作用。为什么供应链环境下,企业的成本管理体系会越来越受到企业管理层面的重视?这是因为,企业采购直接决定着企业总体采购成本的高低,也决定着企业能否实现最终的战略目标。随着21世纪的到来,全国的经济环境都在面临着更大的机遇与挑战,这就相当于,企业的外部环境已经发生了翻天覆地的变化,如何能够让企业在如此复杂多变的外部经济环境中更好的生存与发展?企业内部环境跟随外界经济环境改革是首要条件。包括先进生产技术的变革、工作效率的变革、人员素质的变革、信息技术的变革。当然,与成本直接相关联的变革就是采购流程的变革了。供应链的管理是经济发展与劳动力分工的产物,而供应链管理中十分重要的一个环节就是采购环节,现在更多的企业已经认识到采购管理的重要性,企业生产力的发挥成都一定程度上受到采购程序的制约,采购程序应用的好,可以是连接企业内外的坚实纽带,如果采购程序应用的不好,不仅起不到连接企业内外环境的纽带作用,甚至可以给企业带来双重危害。本文以供应链管理作为切入点,以FCL公司作为研究客体,以供应链管理环境下的FCL公司采购流程优化策略研究作为本文议题,将供应链管理与采购流程研究理论为基础,结合FCL的实际情况,对FCL供应链管理下采购流程进行细致分析,并提出了相应的策略。所以,本文依然是依据理论陈述——公司概括——发现问题——解决问题的宗旨。希望自己的解析能够对FCL公司的采购流程做出一定的贡献。
另外,本文的目标在于,研究FCL公司内部采购与供应链的流程研究,使得FCL公司的采购流程更加高效科学,使得FCL的效益最大化。当然,作者更加希望FCL能够通过通过本文的研究,树立起更加正确科学的采购流程管理理念,建立更加科学的成本管理理念。
