摘    要:
特殊的地理位置和历史渊源, 使得中俄两国在科教合作方面有着良好的基础和优越的政治环境。近年来, 我国高等教育与科学技术发展迅猛, 科教服务从单边的引进, 逐步向双方的多领域、深层次合作转变。对两国高等教育与科技发展的现状进行比较, 分析两国科教战略发展态势与服务体系结构的可互补性, 明确两国科教合作的重要性与发展前景。

Because of special geographical position and history, China and Russia have a good foundation and favorable political environment in the areas of education, science and technology cooperation. In recent years, with the rapid development of higher education and science and technology in our country, China' s scientific and educational service has gradually changed from a unilateral introduction to a multi-field and deep level cooperation between the two sides.
