浅谈南沱镇山洪灾害及防御措施

【摘要】南沱镇地势南高北低,南部边缘以山地为主,其余部分为低海拔河谷丘陵地区,亚热带湿润季风气候,降水季节明显,以易风化的紫色沙壤土(石谷子)和粘性土为主。由于地貌,地质条件,气候特征,最容易引起山洪暴发,从而发生山洪灾害。因此做好对该镇的山洪灾害的防御关系到该镇人民的生命和财产安全,对该镇的长足发展有着极其重要现实意义的。

山洪是指由于暴雨、拦洪设施溃决等原因,在山区沿河流及溪沟形成的暴涨暴落的洪水及伴随发生的滑坡、崩塌、泥石流的总称。山洪灾害是指由山洪暴发而给人们带来的危害,包括溪河洪水泛滥、泥石流、山体滑坡等造成的人员伤亡、财产损失、基础设施毁坏,及环境资源破坏等。山洪灾害在我镇频繁发生严重威胁我镇人民生命和财产安全,因此做好我镇山洪灾害的防御是极其重要的。 1. 南沱镇地理特点
