【摘要】目的:研究理肺消癌汤治疗中晚期肺癌的临床效果。方法:选择我院2014年6月-2015年12月中晚期肺癌患者80例进行分组回顾分析。A组进行常规化疗,B组在A组基础上接受理肺消癌汤治疗。比较两组患者中晚期肺癌病情治疗客观有效率、稳定率;中位生存期、1年生存率;用药前和用药结束患者生存质量分数的差异。结果:B组相较于A组中晚期肺癌病情治疗客观有效率、稳定率更高,P<;B组相较于A组中位生存期更长、1年生存率更高,P<;用药前两组生存质量分数相似,P>;用药结束A组生存质量分数无显著改变,而B组生存质量分数显著优于用药前,P<。结论:理肺消癌汤治疗中晚期肺癌的临床效果确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,稳定瘤体,延长其生存时间,提高生存率,提升患者生存质量,值得推广。

【 abstract 】 objective:to study the reason of lung cancer to treat middle-late stage lung cancer clinical effect. Methods:our hospital on June 6,2014-December 2015 middle-late group,80 cases of lung cancer patients by retrospective analysis. Routine chemotherapy group A and group B on the basis of group A accept Richard lung cancer decoction. Compare two groups of patients with locally advanced lung cancer illness treatment objective effectiveness,stability factor;The median surial,1 year survival rate;The preparation before and end the patients quality of life scores differences. Results:in group B than in group A middle-late lung disease treatment objective effectiveness,the stability factor is higher,P &lt; ;Group B than in group A median survival period is longer,1 year survival rate is higher,P &lt; ;Quality of life scores similar drugs in the first two groups,P &gt; ;Drug use over A set of quality of life scores had no significant change,and the quali
