摘要
本设计题目为超薄件的焊接工艺及评定,体现了焊接工艺及评定的设计要求、内容及方向,有一定的设计意义。通过对超薄件焊缝的焊接工艺评定,进一步加强了设计者的理论和实践相结合的操作能力,为设计和生产超薄件波纹管做好了铺垫和吸取了更深刻的经验。
本设计运用设计焊接工艺的基础知识,首先分析了常见的波纹管的焊接方法及工艺特点,然后分析了1Cr13的焊接性能,以及焊接时容易出现的问题及防治措施,为后续的焊接工艺规程的设计做好了铺垫。
