摘要
随着科学技术的进步,人们知识面的扩展,针对特殊形状,位置物体测量困难的问题得到相应的解决,本系统通过内窥镜、D、光栅尺等器件,运用数字图像处理技术实现对汽车液压制动主缸缸体补偿孔位置、尺寸和形状的精确检测。在对补偿孔图像进行的预处理中,为进一步平滑噪声,有效提取实际图像的重要特征信息——边缘信息,提出了一种以锐化处理为基础,对图像进行二次滤波,通过锐化处理使图像的边缘轮廓得到增加,又通过中值滤波将噪声去除的方法。边缘提取的过程中,将N级灰度的图像转换成两级灰度的半色调图像,准确地提取了补偿孔的边缘。按照测量准确度的要求,获得象素的定位误差,,位置,结构物体的精确测量。

Abstract
With scientific and technological progress,people the growth of knowledge, in view of to special shape, Position object measurement difficult problems get corresponding solution,This system ponents and so on endoscope, area D, diffraction grating ruler, compensates the hole site, the size and the shape precise examination using the digital image processing technology realization to the automobile hydraulic brake master cylinder cylinder body. In to in the pretreatment which carries on by pensating hole image, for further smooth chirp Effective extraction actual image important characteristic information - - edge letter ,Proposed one kind take peaks processing as a foundation, Carries on two times to the image to filter Enable the image through peaked processing the edge outline to obtain the increase, Also through value filter noise elimination method. In the edge detection process, transforms the N level gradation image two levels of gradations the shadow tone image, has withdrawn pensating hole edge accurately. According to the survey accuracy request, obtains the picture element the position error, then obtains the high accuracy again through the multinomial interpolation the edge position. This design available in to some special shapes, position, structure object precision measuring.
