【摘要】目的:探讨晚期胆道系统恶性肿瘤的内科治疗效果。方法:研究我院2013年5月至2016年1月期间随机抽取的45例晚期胆道系统恶性肿瘤患者,均通过吉西他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗,分析不同肿瘤治疗效果情况。结果:%;Karnofsky生活质量评上,%的患者提高,%的患者稳定,下降情况为0%;在治疗不良反应率上,%,%,%,%,%。结论:通过吉西他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胆道系统恶性肿瘤,可以达到一定治疗效果,但是不良反应情况也较为凸显,还需要不断提升治疗效果。
