【摘要】痔疮的外科治疗手段主要包括传统的手术方式和微创手术两种。传统的手术方式具有较为理想的效果,但是手术之后会造成较大的创面并且会给患者带来疼痛。随着微创手术的发展,痔疮的治疗手段在逐步向着微创手术的方向发展。微创手术不但对患者造成的创面较小,而且可以有效的减轻术后带来的疼痛,本文主要对痔疮治疗的传统手术及微创手术进行文献综述,以期痔疮患者可以得到较好的治疗。

【Abstract】Surgical treatment of hemorrhoids method mainly includes two kinds: traditional way of surgery and minimally invasive surgery. Traditional way of operation, has ideal effect, but can cause larger wound, and will bring pain to patients. With the development of minimally invasive surgery, hemorrhoids treatment in gradually develop in the direction of the minimally invasive surgery. Minimally invasive surgery, not only the wound is small, and can effectively reduce postoperative pain. In this paper, literature review, the traditional surgery and minimally invasive surgery in order to make patients with hemorrhoids can get better treatment.

痔疮属于肛肠疾病。中医认为,痔疮是人体孔窍出现突出小肉、内痔。外痔和全部肛肠疾病的统称。随着医学研究的不断进步,研究学者认为,痔疮是肛垫病理性肥大、移位和肛周皮下血管血流瘀滞导致的局部出现血块。医学研究人员认为,无任何症状的痔疮不需要治疗,痔疮治疗的目的在于减轻症状。因此,对痔疮的外科治疗进行研究,就有重要的意义。
