本文介绍了一种新型的数据传输系统:模拟量转换为数字量的红外数据传输系统。该系统主要是由模拟信号处理与调理模块、A/D转换模块、红外传输模块与信号显示模块等三大模块组成。本系统是基于LM324运算放大器、ADC0809转换器、8051单片机、555定时触发器、红外接收头TSOP1738以及数码显示管(DPY)等元件而设计的。具体设计的设计程序如下:首先将外界微弱的模拟信号进行转换、处理和调理以获得模拟的电信号并除去噪音;接着经A/D转换器将处理过的模拟信号转换为数字信号并传输到单片机中;然后由红外发射电路对数字信号解调,并经红外发射二极管发射出红外线,在另一端通过红外接收器接收红外线并解调为数字量;最后将数字信号传输到单片机中由发光二极管和数码管显示信号。
该系统可以将我们周围的各种模拟信号传输到计算机中,我们可以通过计算机对所关心的信号进行检测与控制,也可在屏幕上观测待测信号的变化趋势等等。本系统是利用红外线进行数据传输,让我们不仅可以处理一般的模拟信号,而且还可以在高压、强辐射、有毒气体等严峻环境下更为可靠而有效地检测工业设备参数。因此它在工农业生产、医疗卫生、军事、科研等领域的应用也将越来越广泛。

Abstract
This paper introduces a new data transmission system: the infrared data transmission system that the analog is converted to the digital. The system is posed of three modules: the processing and conditioning analog signals module, the A / D converter module, the infrared transmission and signals display module. The design of this system is based on the LM324 op amp IC, ADC0809 converter, 8051 single-chip, 555 timer trigger, TSOP1738 infrared receiver ,digital display tubes (DPY) and ponents. The working procedures are as follows: Firstly, the weak external analog signals can be converted, processed and conditioned to remove noise by certain circuits. Secondly, analog signals will be converted into digital signals and transmitted to the microcontroller by the A / D converter. Thirdly, the MCU will receive the digital signals that will be demodulated by the infrared emission circuit, and the infrared transmitter emits infrared light while the infrared receiver on the other side will receive the infrared light and demodulate it into digital signals. Finally, the digital signals will be transmitted to the microcontroller and the LED digital display signals.
The system can transmit the analog signals around us to puter. We can detect and control signals that we are concerned about puter, and also observe the varying trends of the signals measured on the screen. This system uses the infrared technology as the means of
