摘要:目前,我国已跻身于世界十大贸易强国行列,但随之而来的是,一些西方发达国家包括很多发展中国家对我国钢铁出口产品频繁地进行反倾销调查。新贸易保护主义在抬头,重点贸易国家对我国产品的反倾销立案突出,反倾销调查、特别保障措施等针对我国的歧视性做法依然存在。钢铁行业中各企业直接面对国际市场,面临的反倾销形势更为严峻。本文综述中国钢铁行业遭受反倾销的现状、特点及影响,通过分析钢铁行业遭遇反倾销的原因以及剖析宝钢集团成功应对反倾销的案例,说明钢铁行业应如何规避与应对反倾销。

Abstract:At present, our country has been among the world 's ten largest trading power, but subsequently and those e is, some western countries including many developing countries on China's exports of steel products, frequent anti-dumping investigations. The new trade protectionism is on the rise, the key trade country on our products anti dumping anti dumping investigation, prominent, special safeguard measures against China's discriminatory practices still exist. Iron and steel industry enterprises to directly face the international market, the anti-dumping situation is more terrible. This article reviews the Chinese steel industry suffered anti-dumping status quo, characteristics and influence of iron and steel industry, through the analysis of the reasons of anti-dumping and several typical essful anti-dumping case analysis, the iron and steel industry should be how to avoid and deal with anti-dumping.
