[内容提要]
军队作为国家机器的一个重要组成部分,不是存在于真空之中,而是存在于特定的社会环境之中,构成社会的诸多因素都会对军队官兵产生切实的影响。因此,军事的法制建设不能脱离当下的社会实际,军队的法制建设工作也要顺应时代的潮流,适时地实现工作机制的创新,只有在实践中不断地探索,军事法制建设工作的有效方法,才能够保持军队官兵旺盛的战斗力。随着社会主义市场经济的发展,军队法制建设面临主要的经济环境就是经济的市场化,这对军事法制建设提出了更高的要求和挑战。本为在此背景下,提出了关于市场经济条件下军事法制建设的若干问题研究。文章首先介绍本文的写作背景、意义、国内外研究现状、研究方法和内容;接下来对市场经济条件下的军事法制建设进行了简单介绍,主要涉及到军事法制建设的内涵、历程、目标和市场经济与军事法制建设的内在联系问题;在文章的第三章主要是分析市场经济对军事法制建设的挑战,包括市场经济条件下军事法制建设的新环境和出现的新问题;接着针对问题提出了有关市场经济条件下军事法制建设的策略研究,最后总结全文,提出了市场经济条件下军事法制建设的重要性。希望能够对目前情况下的军事法制建设的完善提供一定的建议。

Abstract: The military as the country is an important part of the machine, not exist in a vacuum, but in the specific social environment, many factors y officers and soldiers have a real impact.
