【摘要】目的:分析胸椎合并胸骨骨折的临床治疗效果。方法:抽取24 例患有胸椎骨折合并胸骨骨折的患者病例,根据患者情况采用手术方法和保守治疗法对其进行治疗。结果:15例患者行手术治疗,术后检查结果证实复位状态良好,有2例患者在手术后的恢复期内伤口发生感染,经及时处理后得到有效控制;其他9例患者接受保守治疗,均取得预期的治疗效果。结论:对于受损神经过多或是完全损伤,无法承受手术治疗的胸椎骨折合并胸骨骨折的患者应该采用保守方法进行治疗,对于不稳定型胸椎骨折合并胸骨骨折的患者应该采用手术方法进行治疗。

【Abstract】Objective: To analyze the clinical curative effect of thoracic bined with sternal fracture. Methods: Twenty - four patients with thoracic vertebral fracture and sternal fracture were treated with surgical method and conservative treatment according to the patient 's condition. Results: Fifteen patients underwent surgical treatment, and the results of the postoperative examination confirmed that the reduction was in good patients in the recovery period after surgery wound infection, the timely treatment to be effectively controlled; the other nine patients received conservative treatment, have achieved the desired therapeutic effect. Conclusion: Too much damage to the nerves or pletely damaged, can not afford surgical treatment of thoracic fractures with sternal fracture patients should be treated with conservative methods for unstable thoracic fractures with sternal fracture patients should be treated using surgical methods. But at the same time, the protective treatment can be mor
