【摘要】目的:通过对血液透析护理环节质量评价指标的建立,对血液透析的护理质量进行科学的评估。方法:采用文献查询法与临床调研的方式建立血液透析护理环节质量评价指标的模型,随后对30名护理专家采用德尔菲法进行访问,对评价指标进行科学验证。结果:经过对30名专家的2轮访问以后,能够确定一级指标5项,二级指标19项,同时确定相应的权重值。结论:在血液透析的护理环节当中建立质量评价指标,不仅能够体现血液透析专科的护理宗旨及内涵,还能够为护理工作当中质量评价量表的制定提供可靠的科学参照依据。

Abstract:Objective:through the link of hemodialysis nursing quality evaluation index was established,the nursing quality of hemodialysis scientific research methods:literature query method and way of hemodialysis nursing link quality evaluation index model is set up,then to 30 nursing experts using Delphi method to access,make scientific evaluation indexes for :after 2 rounds of 30 experts visiting,can determine the primary index 5,20 secondary indicators,determine the corresponding weight value at the same :among hemodialysis nursing link quality evaluation index,can not only reflect hemodialysis nursing principle and connotation of specialized subject,can also for the quality of nursing work provide reliable scientific reference basis for the establishment of evaluation questionnaire.
