【摘要】目的观察CA125、CA19-9、CA72-4在卵巢癌患者中的诊断价值,分析CA125水平与卵巢癌临床分期之间的相关性。方法采用电发光法检测63例卵巢癌及60例卵巢良性肿瘤患者血清CA125、CA19-9、CA72-4水平。结果联合检测血清CA125、CA19-9、CA72-4的敏感性及特异性显著高于单项检测(P<);随着临床分期的增加,血清CA125水平逐渐升高。结论联合检测血清CA125、CA19-9、CA72-4对卵巢癌的诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要价值,值得临床推广应用;CA125对卵巢癌的病情评估具有重要指导作用。

Analysis of the diagnostic value of the serum CA125 in ovarian carcinoma and the relationship between it and clinical stage of ovarian carcinoma.
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the significance of serum CA125, CA19-9 and CA72-4 in diagnosis of ovarian carcinoma; To investigate the relationship between the serum CA125 and the clinical stage of ovarian carcinoma. Methods The serum levels of CA125, CA19-9 and CA72-4 of 63 patients with ovarian carcinoma, 60 patients with benign ovarian tumor were detected by electrochemical method. Results The sensitivity and specificity of CA125, CA19-9 and CA72-bined detection was higher than that of single detection(P<); With increasing of clinical stages, the level of serum CA125 is increasing gradually. Conclusion bined detection of serum CA125, CA19-9 and CA72-4 has the important values in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian tumors, and is worthy of clinical application; The serum CA125 has important
