【摘要】目的:观察醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿厌食的临床效果。方法;将50例患儿按简单随机抽样法分为治疗组和对照组,两组均常规用葡萄糖酸锌口服溶液治疗,治疗组在上述治疗的基础上,给予醒脾养儿颗粒口服,疗程4周,观察两组患儿服药后的疗效。结果:治疗组显效18例(72%),有效5例(20%),总有效率92.%,对照组:显效12例(48%),有效4例(16%),总有效率64%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论:醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿厌食疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。

【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xingpi Yanger granule in the treatment of infantile anorexia. Methods 50 cases by simple random sampling points into the treatment group and the control group, two groups were routinely with zinc gluconate oral solution in the treatment, treatment group on the basis of the treatment given Xingpi raise grain oral,; two groups of children taking the drug were observed after treatment for 4 weeks. The curative effect. Results In the treatment group, 18 cases (72%) were markedly effective, 5 cases (20%) were effective, the total effective rate was 92%, In control group, 12 cases (48%) were markedly effective, 4 cases (16%) were effective, the total effective rate was 64%, the total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant (P &lt; ). Conclusion The curative effect of Xingpi Yanger granule in the treatment of infantile anorexia is significant, it is worthy of clinical use.
